So I didn't even realize that this was something in the works, but now that I KNOW it is, color me obsessed!  Maleficent is, HANDS DOWN, the best Disney Diva there is.... I mean villain.  I also happen to think that Angelina Jolie will be phenomenal in the role.  Thank you NBC, for the heads up!

Angelina Jolie was quoted as saying: "I hope in the end you see a woman who is capable of being many things, and just because she protects herself and is aggressive, it doesn’t mean that she can’t have other [warmer] qualities,"

I'm sure there's no real treatment worked out yet, and clearly the picture above is all just photoshop genius at hand, but still, all of this just makes me one happy panda!
